The staff were absolutely fantastic! The land lady was so lovely too! She brought our dogs free ice cream as we was a big party spending a decent amount! I was so happy with this as i was more than happy to pay for these! She chatted to us for a while and was so nice!
We will definitely be back!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Since my son has multiple food allergies, we always have to bring a packed lunch and warm it up, no matter where we eat. Unfortunately, the Fish and Chips restaurant turned down our small request. Thankfully, when we went into Flamingo Bay, the staff kindly let us warm my little 3-year-old’s food in their microwave. We truly need more people and places like them – caring, understanding, and willing to helpWe've been nearly every day during our week holiday. It's fabulous food. Really nice icecream and waffles to die for. Staff are all lovely too.

Lovely cafe to sit in or take away, the waffles & ice creams are good value and big enough to share. Nice coffee and cake, great service and facilities. Would definitely recommend for a family treat.

Absolutely wonderful Oreo milkshake. Visited a few times now. A must stop destination for a wonderful dessert. £4.95 for a pint size milkshake topped with cream, 2 Oreo’s, a flake and chocolate drizzle. Worth the price for sure.
Lovely cafe, we had pancakes and hot drinks for brunch, everything was great and staff were kind and helpful with an extra and cooled down hot chocolate for a toddler. Dogs welcome too
Oh my goodness, fabulous, we ordered the special desserts. More than expected definitely worth every penny. Staff above and beyond came out with our order and then advised us dogs were welcome inside and took them back in for us. It was quite cold so this was so welcome. Will pay a visit next time we are in Scarborough and have already posted our delights on facebook showing them off to family and friends. Thank you

I come here every time I visit Scarborough, a lovely, bright, clean, ice cream palour on the seafront. The pastel colours and American Diner feel takes me back to my childhood. I came here for years when it was Paccittos. The Knickerbocker glory was delicious 😋....definitely a must visit in Scarborough.

Mid morning stroll along the front at Scarborough. Called here for a sit down and were tempted by the sundaes. We ordered knickerbocker glory and a chocolate sundae, and a cappuccino for me. The coffee was lovely and my companions assure me the ice cream was delicious. We would definitely call again.

Absolutely beautiful. The ice creams hit the spot on a very hot day. Great service and lovely staff
Staff were very good.. Nice food and coffee
The £2.50 lemon top was wonderful, it even had a Flamingo Bay wafer biscuit and a serviette to hold the cone with!

Had a super coffee, tea and some ice cream for the kids. Place is spotless clean, very welcoming and a beautiful place to be. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the waffles smelt great.
10/10 service. Visited back in the summer, excellent choice of ice creams and milkshakes. Definitely recommend on Scarborough sea front
